About Me

Hello I'm Hayley,

I'm 33 years old and have over 16 years experience working with children from the ages of 3 to 16 years of age.

I pride myself on being a hard working, adaptable, friendly, nurturing and trustworthy individual. I have always loved working with children and I bring a kind, understanding and nurturing approach to childcare. Adapting to each child's individual needs and passions is something that is really important to me, as well as supporting the whole family. I adore working with children and believe it is important that they have someone they can feel safe and create a bond with. I also have young children in the family which I am very close to and this has allowed me to have experience with babies. I hold a full UK driving licence so I am happy to pick up/drop off for school runs etc. Also a big lover of dogs!

My Experience

I am a fun and bubbly childcare provider and have experience in being a one on one support for children - creating communicative, happy and safe bonds with Autistic and ADHD children ensuring tailored support strategies are put in place. For the past 16 years I have helped run and lead a very successful children's holiday club in Leatherhead, Surrey. Working on creating and implementing fun and engaging activities as well as having a hands on approach with the children. Building a strong and trustworthy bond with parents is also at the forefront of my work, enabling me to create the best experience for everyone. I have some experience as a teaching assistant, babysitting and childcare at parties/events also.

My Availability

I am super flexible when it comes to availability - I can cover most daytimes and some evenings with notice. The availability I have provided above is my preference but I am happy to adapt and fill gaps as and when needed if I can. Happy to do Ad Hoc Babysitting as and when needed.
