My Experience

Over the years, I have worked with children from ages two to adolescence, including those with autism and speech delays - gaining practical expertise in managing diverse developmental needs and family structures. My approach is empathetic and evidence-based, guided by developmental psychology principles. I have become an integral part of several families, even witnessing special moments like parents’ weddings. Whether it is fostering continuity in an atypical schedule or offering enriched developmental support, I aim to empower children to thrive and grow. I am now seeking a family that values reliable, well-qualified childcare and appreciates the added benefits of my academic and multicultural background.

My Qualifications

• Over 10 years of childcare experience across London, Ibiza, and Germany, working with ages 3 to adolescence

• Private Nanny roles for multiple families, including (but not limited to):
– Two boys on the autism spectrum (helped manage emotional regulation, daily routines, and tailored learning)
– A multicultural household with rotating schedules, where I coordinated consistent discipline and resolved continuity issues
– Seasonal nanny work in Ibiza, providing short-term/holiday care for families seeking flexible, reliable support

• Three-month placement as a Child-Care Worker in a German Kindergarten, observing professional diagnostic methods for early learning difficulties

• Academic foundation in Psychology (BSc, 2:1 Honours) and currently pursuing an MSc in Health Psychology

• Authored neurodiversity-focused educational materials at King’s College London, deepening my knowledge of developmental and neurodiverse needs

• Pediatric First Aid certified + enhanced DBS check

My Availability

I am currently part of a research project at King's College Hospital, and so will need to dedicate part of my week there. My schedule, however, is not set in stone and I am able to flexibly arrange my time around potential childcare hours. Whilst I indicate a very open schedule, my availability is subject to change depending on weekly demands at either childcare or research project domains.
To clarify, I am very flexible in my schedule, however not available for a complete fulltime position due to commitments to another project until August.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £20.00 per hour

• £20/hour for one child
• £25/hour for two or more children
• £30/hour for specialized duties (e.g., neurodiversity support, unsociable hours, or extra services)

These rates reflect my qualifications, but I am happy to discuss individual circumstances to find a mutually agreeable arrangement.
