She is such a kind, caring and trustworthy childminder. The thing I love most is how naturally comfortable children seem to feel around her — even when meeting her for the first time, my children took to her straight away.

She is patient, attentive and genuinely enjoys being around children, which really shows in the way she interacts with them. I always feel reassured knowing they’re in safe and caring hands. She is also great at keeping me updated throughout the day whenever I ask, which gives me that extra peace of mind.
