About Me

I am a parent to two fairly grown up kids, one bio, one adopted. I'm passionate about children's wellbeing and health.

I'm a TA in a PRU school in South East London. I am also a kids yoga, meditation and breathwork teacher. Being an adoptive parent I have studied child development and behaviour and am interested in holistic methods to help children regulate their emotions.
