Hello, we are parents of a lovely baby girl who is over a year old now.
My Requirements
We are looking for someone who can help us while we are away at work. We are looking for a childminder/ nanny/ childcare provider who can look after our baby girl. Our work days are flexible and so our timings can be a bit up and down. I am as school and clinic based speech and language therapist, while my husband is a restaurant manager and hence our timings are not fixed. We are looking for someone who can be flexible to our needs as well. We know this requirement is a bit too much. We do not take any funded hours and pay fully from our side for child care.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found Victoria. From the very beginning, she created such a warm, safe, and nurturing environment that made the transition so much easier for us as parents. Our daughter is always happy and settled when she is there, which gives us great peace of mind.
