My Summary

My Experience

Through my midwifery training, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with families during some of the most important and vulnerable times in their lives. I’ve supported parents through pregnancy, birth, and the early days of caring for their newborns, which has deepened my understanding of infant needs, emotional support, and the importance of building trust with both children and their caregivers.

Outside of my studies, I’ve previously been a babysitter for a child with additional needs. This role taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and adaptability, as well as how to tailor care to meet individual needs in a calm and compassionate way.

I also come from a large family and have grown up as an older sister helping to care for my younger siblings. This has given me lifelong experience with children of all ages and has helped me develop a natural, nurturing approach to childcare. Whether supporting newborns, toddlers, or older children, I focus on creating a safe, engaging, and caring environment where every child feels seen and supported.

My Qualifications

First Aid - including neonatal resuscitation
DBS checked
Will have MSc Midwifery once finished university

My Availability

I am fairly flexible with availability although have to take my studies into consideration

• Babysitting from £20.00 per hour
