My Requirements

Hi I'm looking for a one to one support worker for my 14 year old daughter who is autistic with severe learning difficulties and is non verbal. She is a master escapologist and is partially incontinent so still occasionally wears nappies but will use the toilet in her own home.Ideally we are looking for the right person to assist our daughter of the school bus and stay with ciara witin the family home till her dad finishes at work the hours been 4.30pm till 6.30pm Tuesday to friday. My daughters behaviour can be challenging when not in her routine and her stimming is loud. We know that my daughter will not interact with the person we hire until she is comfortable around them. At this moment we are just looking for the right person thta can just be in our home with her while we change over from work. This right person would be paid 6 hours direct payment and 2 hours funded by ourselves.
