My Experience

I started by volunteering at a nursery in Portugal for five years, where I supported daily routines and helped care for young children. Since then, I’ve always been surrounded by kids – I was the friend everyone trusted to look after their little ones!
More recently, I moved to Ireland and have been caring full-time for two children: a 1-year-and-4-month-old baby and a 5-year-old boy. I’m responsible for everything from meals and nappy changes to playtime, school runs, and bedtime routines.
This experience has strengthened my ability to adapt to different age groups, be patient, organised, and create a safe and loving environment for children.
My Qualifications
I have years of hands-on experience caring for children of different ages, from babies to school-aged kids. My experience includes volunteering at a nursery for five years and working full-time with two young children in Ireland. I’m currently looking into completing a childcare course to further develop my skills and knowledge.
