Home-Based Childminder in Dunstable (Weatherby Area)

Hi, I’m a friendly and experienced childminder based in the Dunstable Weatherby area. I have just recently had my registration visit from Ofsted who have approved my registration, I am awaiting my certificate in the next few days.
I previously worked as a childminder for 8 years (graded "Good" by Ofsted) and have recently spent several years as a room lead in a nursery setting.

I’m passionate about offering a more personal and nurturing approach to childcare, where children can lead their own learning through play, hands-on experiences, and social interaction. I am able to adapt children's learning and activities to suit their unique developmental needs and individual interests, ensuring every child receives the support they need to thrive.

In addition to a home-based learning environment, I offer exciting opportunities for day trips out to explore the world around us, including visits to local wildlife areas, the countryside, social groups, and other places in the local area. These outings help children experience nature, broaden their horizons, and develop social skills.

My home provides a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for your little ones to grow and explore. I also have two small, friendly Shihtzu dogs, they have their own separate space and can be kept away from the children when needed to ensure comfort and safety for everyone.
