Excellent home from home childcare

Jen provides a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment for children. Her home is a 'home from home' environment, where children feel comfortable and at ease and Zoe has always felt happy and relaxed in her care. She is very well-spoken, which has greatly influenced Zoe's language development. She communicates effectively with both children and parents and keeps parents informed with regular updates.

She is very supportive in areas of child development, such as potty training. She provides a positive and encouraging environment, which has helped Zoe develop.

In addition to this, Jen has been incredibly supportive during a difficult time in our family. When Zoe's father passed away, she was there to support her and help her celebrate special occasions like my birthday and Mother's Day - things that my partner would have done. I am grateful for her kindness and support during this time.

Jen supports early learning and encourages excellent manners and kind behaviour. Zoe has made good progress with number and letter work and is a respectful and polite child

In summary, I highly recommend Jen to any parents seeking a childminder who is caring, supportive, and nurturing. She has been an excellent childminder for Zoe.

Amazing!

Right from the minute we met Jen we knew she was perfect to look after our son. She is so warm, welcoming, accommodating and understanding. My son loves being dropped off and greets Jen with a big smile every morning. From his very first day I felt safe leaving him and like I was leaving him with one of my own family members. Its such a home from home environment and the whole family are so helpful, kind and loving towards all of the children. My son is well fed with nutritious meals every day and I am kept up to date with his care routines. I couldn't recommend Jen enough and we only wish we had found her sooner for our older son. We as a family will miss Jen and her family, as my son moves on to start his pre-school journey.  I would 100% recommend Jen to anyone needing childcare.

Friendly, engaging and flexible

Jen took care of my 8 year old son Olly after school and with some extra time in holidays. He was treated as part of the family, engaged in a variety of activities with Jen's own children and generally thoroughly enjoyed his time with Jen. I'd highly recommend Jen - she is relaxed and unflappable but firm, she truly supports and nurtures the children and provides a happy and positive environment. My only issue was ever getting Olly to leave and come home ;-) I think that says it all! Thanks Jen!!

Excellent Childminder

I cannot praise Jen enough. She has been looking after my 3 year old now for over a year and is a fantastic childminder giving excellent care to my daughter. My daughter was integrated into her family and she has a very happy home and a safe environment.
My daughter is happy to be left at the door on a morning, in fact sometimes she goes in without saying goodbye! Jen does activities with my daughter every day and she has come home with some beautiful gifts for special occasions, such as mothers day & fathers day which I will treasure forever.
Communication between Jen and I has been great and she has kept me updated on any information she feels I should know.
The most important thing for me was that it felt like a 'home from home' for my daughter and she has been very happy. I would highly recommend her.
