About Me
Hi, I am Jasmine, a qualified Primary School teacher, with a passion for early years education.
I live in the Roselands area, very close to Roselands and Stafford school. I live at home with my husband and two children, who are 2 and 5. As a family, we love going on family days out, singing, dancing around the house, playing, and spending time outside.
My setting is a home-from-home environment. It is friendly, fun and safe, and a place where children will play, learn, develop, feel valued and cared for. In my living room, we have a variety of toys and resources, including a reading nook. In the kitchen/ diner, we enjoy messy play, and this is where we have our lunch together. I have a large garden for the children to enjoy, which has a mud kitchen, play house, and lots of other toys. We like to get outside and also visit soft plays, playgroups, parks and farms. These experiences will help children grow in confidence, resilience and help them explore and understand the world around them.
My Experience
I am just starting my childminding business, however, I am a qualified Primary school teacher, with over 15 years’ experience working with children. Families I have worked with have often commented on my approachable and nurturing nature, and I provide strong, positive relationships with both children and parents.
I am familiar with weaning, sleep routines, potty training and the general care and well being of young children. I am DBS checked, Ofsted approved, fully insured as well as first aid certified.
Having my own two children has given me invaluable experience into child development, as well as the joys and challenges of early childhood.
These experiences have deepened my empathy, resilience, and understanding of children, which I will bring into my childminding career.

Monday-Thursday 8am-5.30pm

- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Childminding from £7.50 per hour

- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Roselands Infants' School
- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Stafford Junior School
