My Experience

Living with a family in Italy for 3 months, I looked after their 8 year-old boy. My other duties included cleaning, helping with homework, school drop-offs and occasionally cooking meals. I would also babysit a wide range of ages for the mother’s friends. I would take them to the beach, go on bike rides, and teach them English. My focus was always fun and safety. I have also babysat for my singing teacher’s nieces and nephew, twins both 10 years-old and a 5 year-old. I have worked as a teacher’s assistant for a kodály music class for kids ranging from approx 5-10 year-olds at my old music school. I have had multiple private students that I have taught piano and singing to in Scotland where I grew up and in London. Their ages ranged from 5 to 13 years old.

My Availability

I have a lot flexibility due to my studies wrapping up soon so I am open to discussion to fit around someone’s schedule. I am currently working Sundays and Mondays but this could be shifted.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
• Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)

My rates start at £15/hour, reflecting my experience in both childcare and music education. I’ve worked as an au pair, taught piano and singing to children, and assisted in early childhood music classes. I bring patience, creativity, and care to every family I work with.
I charge:
* £17/hour for standard daytime babysitting
* £20/hour for babysitting with music activities or homework help
* £15/hour for evening (after-bedtime) sitting
* £20/hour for last-minute or public holiday bookings
I live in London and cover my own rent and living costs, so these rates help me remain available and reliable while providing high-quality care. I’m happy to discuss regular arrangements or discounts for ongoing bookings.
