I absolutely love being around children and currently work in a school, which has given me wonderful experience supporting and caring for young people.
Originally from Zimbabwe, I’ve been living and loving life in England for the past 4 years. I’m a naturally positive and cheerful person, and I bring that energy into everything I do. I also have my own car, so I can easily get to your home and provide flexible, reliable childcare whenever you need it.
My Experience
I have extensive experience in childcare, having spent several years babysitting and working closely with children of all ages. At present, I work at a boarding school as a teaching assistant during the day and as an overnight duty staff member. This role has given me a wealth of hands-on experience, from supporting students in their learning to ensuring their wellbeing in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.
Alongside this, I have worked as an Au Pair over the past few summers, which I thoroughly enjoyed. These experiences have allowed me to build a strong understanding of children’s needs and how best to support them with patience, responsibility, and care. Whether through helping with daily routines, providing guidance, or simply creating fun and engaging moments, I truly enjoy contributing to children’s growth and happiness.
My Qualifications
I am currently working at a school as a Teaching Assistant and studying online to become a Teacher. I hold A Levels and a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification, and I am currently studying towards my Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification. In addition, I am trained in Paediatric First Aid and have completed all the required checks and courses necessary to work safely with children.
My Availability
I am currently working full-time during weekdays and some weekends; however, please do not hesitate to contact me if you are in need of a helping hand.
