About Me
Hi I'm Natalie and I'm a childminder offering a home from home setting at Rowden's Rascals childminding services, where I provide a warm and welcoming home-from-home environment for children to learn, play, and grow. I have a dedicated playroom filled with a wide range of resources suitable for all ages, as well as a large garden that offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor exploration and gross motor development.
I’m married and have two school-aged children of my own. As a family, we enjoy exploring new places, spending time outdoors, and making memories with friends and family.
My Experience
I have over 10 years of experience working in childcare, taking time away only to raise my own children. During this time, I have worked with children of all ages in a variety of settings, including private nurseries and school nurseries. I have also worked as a key person for children within these settings, which has allowed me to build strong and positive relationships with both children and their families.
My Qualifications
I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education, as well as a Level 5 qualification in Management. I am also fully qualified in Paediatric First Aid and have recently completed an updated childcare qualification to further develop my knowledge of the EYFS, ensuring I remain up to date with the latest guidance and changes.
