Hi!
I’m a 20 year old university student with a basic DBS check looking to help families in need of a babysitter (preferably in Chesterfield) during my summer break :)
I enjoy spending time with children, I’m known to be responsible and sensible with a childish side. I love to play games, read, watch movies and calm activities like puzzles or colouring. Growing up with lots of family friends with children, I understand the importance of patience, sensitivity and an environment where the child feels safe but also has space to grow and learn.
My Experience
During my first year of sixth form, I babysat for a few months for a family with 4 kids back in my old neighbourhood, where I supervised, helped with homework, and took part in many activities with the children. I am the oldest of many cousins as well as a sister to my younger sibling, so I have years of experience looking after children of different ages - and cooking/cleaning etc. I also took part in an internship during my 2nd year of university where I worked for an after school film club that involved supervising and interacting with children with special educational needs.
My Qualifications
I hold 7 GCSE qualifications and 3 A-Level Qualifications. About to go into the final year of studying for my undergraduate degree in Psychology.
