Part time Nanny required in SE London
About Me
We are a family of four in Ladywell with a 2.5 year old girl and 8 months old boy.
My Requirements
We're looking for a kind, reliable and experienced nanny to care for our 8 month old in our home from 5th October 2026 for 8 weeks.
18 hours per week, across 2 days - 8.30am to 5.30pm
Days can be either Monday and Tuesday OR Thursday and /Friday. NOT Wednesday.
Mum works from home and will be in the house while the nanny is caring for the baby, but will be in an office on a separate floor of the house and will be busy with work and meetings during the day.
We also have a very affectionate female Cocker Spaniel who can sometimes be a bit bouncy, so being comfortable around a dog is essential (no care required).
Looking for someone with 10+ years experience as a nanny and has cared for under 1 year olds who understands this stage of development and can provide stimulating, age-appropriate activities in a safe environment.
No care is required for our toddler as she attends nursery full time. However, it would be helpful for the nanny to support with nursery pick ups and drop offs occasionally. (3 mins walk)
Duties:
- Ensure baby nap times and routines are kept.
- Help with children-related tasks such as preparing healthy meals, kids laundry/ bedding and keeping the children's play areas tidy.
Essential: Enhanced DBS check, excellent references.
Desirable: Paediatric first aid qualification, Ofsted registered.
