My Summary

My Experience

As an Au Pair, I looked after one four-year-old girl. My responsibilities included reading books, creating and implementing learning activities and playing indoors and outdoors. I worked for ~30 hours a week, for 4 months.

As a camp counselor, I bunked/lived with primarily 10-13 year old girls, and worked with children from ages 7-16. My responsibilities included helping develop independence, personal hygience and life skills (such as bed-making, making healthy food choices, encouraging safety and healthy interpersonal relationships). As a Theatre counselor, I taught different technical aspects to children 9-14 years old. I worked for 8 weeks, every summer between 2022-2025.

As a teaching assistant, I have worked with pupils from 8-11, mainly with Special Educational Needs. My responsibilities included play and recreation, behavioural management and educational, in-class support. I worked at multiple primary schools across Southwark and Newham.

I have also been a two-time volunteer tutor with social mobility charity CoachBright.

My Qualifications

I have experience as a TA, SEN 1-to-1, and babysitter. I have paediatric first aid and BLS training. Enhanced DBS on the update service. (I also have 11 GCSEs A-A*, 3 A-Levels (A*A*A) and I am working towards my bachelor's degree).
