About Me
I'm married and a proud mom to a lovely 3 years old and a friendly dog, we live in a lovely rural area where kids love to explore, I'm passionate about outdoor play and believe in helping kids discover the world through curiosity, creativity, and fun.
Im originally from Argentina, Spanish is my native language, and I love sharing a bit of that culture with the children. I've worked as a chef for most of my life and i was an au pair from 2016 until 2020 and that’s what made me fall in love with childcare.
My setting is home based offering kids a loving home away from home environment, i can assure you your child will be happy, safe and stimulated while in my care. I have a policy of 0 time screen as its been proven that screens affect children development and i strongly believe screen time should be leave for parents when they need a brake or they decide to let them watch tv being able to choose what, when and for how long to watch.
I have an enclosed rear garden with lots of outdoor toys and opportunities for kids to learn through play and enjoy nature, from the month of April well be able to operate from our second backyard which makes me extremely happy and exited.
We visit different groups so the kids are able to socialise with other kids develop their social skills. I follow the EYFS guidance and make sure the kids are stimulated and achieve every milestone. I only have small groups of kids to make sure every kid have the attention they need and I’m able to provide the best care possible.
I use an app where I’m able to communicate with the parents so you’ll receive loads of pictures and updates of how your child day is going, how and what they have eat and what activities we have done.
I truly enjoy to look after kids and for me childminding isn’t just a job, so I try to be as flexible as possible to be able to adapt to families needs.
I accept funded hours, child care tax free.

My Experience
In addition to being a fun and loving mom, I’m always learning more about child development and gentle parenting.
My experience with children began early being one of the oldest among 32 cousins, I grew up naturally taking on a caregiving role.
At 23, I became an au pair in the United States for two years, and later spent a year as an au pair in the Netherlands. On this years as au pair i was able to gain experience on the childcare field looking after multiple kids at the time, twins, newborns, and a variation of ages at the same time.
Caring for children has always been a true passion of mine, and it’s something I genuinely enjoy and feel deeply connected to.

My Availability
I currently have availability for Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays but depending the child’s age i might be able to acomódate different dates, please don’t hesitate to contact me .

Belen is really lovely and welcoming. My son has loved being with her. She has a great setting and the children take part in multiple activities. The amount of time spent outdoors has helped my son thrive, he really looks forward to going.

My son has been with Belen since Sept 2025, he has thrived in Belens setting. Is more adventurous with food, and loves being outdoors weather permitting. Belen is a wonderful childminder who has really bought out the best in our son!

Our daughter being with Belen is one of the best things to happen to us as a family. She started at just one years old in July 2025 and we couldn’t be happier. Belen always goes the extra mile to offer a welcoming, fun and explorative setting as well as offering flexibility for us as parents. Every day with Belen is different, whether it’s a scavenger hunt outside, arts and crafts activities or a trip to the library or playgroups and our daughter could not be happier. She is so excited to go there four days a week, and is often sad to leave. Thank you Belen for providing a safe and fun environment for our littles. X

my daughter has been with belén since july 2025 and has come on leaps and bounds with her speech (as well as spanish!) she is always happy and has so much fun when she is there. she talks fondly about being with belén and the friends she has made. parents are kept up to date with an app to see what the children have been up to and what they have eaten. i can’t thank belén enough for all she does with the children she looks after. she is a true angel and i am so grateful to have found her.
