I love being a participating factor in a child's growth and development, but overall, their happiness. I love planning fun and exciting activities or trips that suit each, individual child's interests. I will always remember playing with a child in my setting and them turning to me saying that playing and doing activities with me was the reason they enjoyed coming to the nursery. That assured me that childcare was my perfect carer. Watching a child enjoy activities or thrive on trips you have planned, as well as learning and developing in care is the most rewarding job.
