We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a wonderful childminder for our daughter. Farah is just amazing..From the very first day, she made us feel welcome and at ease — which meant so much, especially as this was our first experience with a childminder.
Coming from a different culture and still learning the language, we were nervous about how everything would work. But she handled everything brilliantly, with so much patience, understanding, and kindness. She never made us feel uncomfortable and always took the time to communicate clearly and respectfully, which we truly appreciate.
Our daughter settled in quickly and loves spending time with her. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the children she looks after. She is warm, professional, and always full of positive energy.
Knowing our daughter is in such safe and loving hands gives us real peace of mind. We are truly grateful for the care and support she provides. Highly recommended!

Naila is very professional and experienced childminder. She is very kind, welcoming, and cooperative person. My daughter is always happy there, and sometimes she even wants to stay longer when I come to pick her up. She plans daily activities for the children, so they are always learning and enjoying themselves. She keeps parents well informed every day about routines, progress, and anything she notices. The environment and setting are very good for children, and the food she provides is excellent.
