About Me
A busy family in Lymm are seeking a proactive, organised, and caring Nanny to assist with the care of their 5-year-old daughter.
My Requirements
The daughter attends full time education; the role will include getting the daughter up in the morning, organising breakfast and taking her to school, collecting her from school and help with homework, reading stories, and organising bath time.
During the school holidays, she would love days out such as: baking, farms, soft play, museums, parks etc.
There will be the opportunity for some light housekeeping including meal prep for the daughter (meals cooked from scratch), tidying the toys, light cleaning – eg wiping the kitchen surfaces. The family have a housekeeper so no cleaning or laundry duties will be required.
Days and hours required:
Term time (35 weeks a year):
Monday – 7am - 8.45am and 3pm – 6.30pm
Tuesday – 7am - 8.45am and 3pm – 6.30pm
Wednesday – 7am - 8.45am and 3pm – 6.30pm
Thursday – 7am - 8.45am and 3pm – 6.30pm
Additional hours will be available on an ad hoc basis to suit the Nanny/Family
Must have:
DBS on the update service
A childcare qualification to apply to OFSTED
12 hour paediatric first aid certificate within the last 3 years
Minimum 2 years’ experience with similar age children
Full, clean UK driving licence
Please note this is a non-smoking role.
Ofsted registration required: Yes please (family will pay for the registration)

Start date: August 2025 to build rapport prior to school starting
Salary: Dependent on experience
