Hi Jessica,

Thank you for your willingness to leave me a review. I understand that your current need for babysitting is urgent, however I made you aware from the start that I had not organised hours with a current family I already had organised commitments with and the meeting was on the same day you messaged, which I made you completely aware of and you were then not happy that I couldn’t assist you after one message of contact you called me a let down when I hadn’t even introduced myself to you.

Given your family's need for more consistent care, I still offered my services and said I could make it work and let you know that I only had commitments on one day which haven’t been updated on this website as it was organised yesterday. Being new to this website and only just finding my first family who really liked me and felt comfortable I don’t think you understand how these reviews can affect my profile even after I sent my apologies for not being able to assist you, I would of more than happily organised backup options to ensure reliable coverage when needed with you if you had just messaged.

Your input and suggestions are greatly appreciated as I aim to give the best services.
