I’ve regularly babysat for neighbours, family members, and friends, which involved taking children out for walks, keeping them entertained with games, and helping them wind down in the evenings by reading bedtime stories. Alongside babysitting, I also gained valuable experience working in a nursery, where I supported young children with daily activities, supervised playtime, and helped with meal and nap routines. Additionally, I’ve spent a lot of time around children in our local community through events, gatherings, and informal childcare, which has given me a strong understanding of how to engage with children of different ages and personalities in a caring, patient, and responsible way
