We are new parents to a 6 month boy. We have both started work recently so are looking for childcare options when working from home is not an option for either of us.
My Requirements
This is what his average day looks like. Although you would only have to worry about the wake windows when he is in your care. He is generally very alert and is happiest when interacted with.
Wake up between 630-730
1st wake window 2 hours
Feed full formula bottle (7 scoops and 210mls)
1st nap 1 hour (may wake up at 40 minutes if so all good)
2nd wake window 2hrs 15 minutes
Feed full formula on waking (7 scoops /210 MLS)
Try a spoon or two of solids
Feed small bottle half before next nap (4 scoops 120 ml)
2nd nap 1.5 hours (try to keep down for full 1.5 if possible)
3rd wake window 2hrs 30 minutes
Feed full bottle
3rd nap 10-30 minutes (try to not exceed 30 mins for last nap)
Feed full bottle
Feed small bottle half hour before bed
4th wake window 3 hrs
