About Me
We are parents to a 1 year old boy. We have both returned to work so are looking for childcare options when working from home is not an option for either of us. Also occasional babysitting
My Requirements
This is what his average day looks like. Although you would only have to worry about the wake windows when he is in your care. He is generally very alert and is happiest when interacted with.
Wake up between 630-730
1st wake window 2.5-3 hours
Feed milk bottle (150mls)
Give ten minutes between bottle and putting in high chair as was a reflux baby so has a weak gag reflex and popping him in chair too soon can cause milk to come up
Feed breakfast - mainly porridge and fruit,
1st nap 30 mins(will likely need to be woken)
2nd wake window 3hrs 30minutes-4 hours
Feed yoghurt and fruit on waking
Feed lunch with fruit and offer water
2nd nap 1 hours 45 mins (try to keep down for full time if possible)
3rd wake window 5 hours
Feed 150ml milk on waking
Feed dinner around 5pm
