I love working with children and I feel I am wacky enough to connect with them....but I also know when to be a little stricter and firmer when needed. I have raised the most wonderful, polite, kind young man and he is my best achievement and I will love on your children just the same. ??
I have both an under 18 and an adult DBS check through various voluntary organisations, along with a basic DBS. I have a Paediatric First Aid certificate which included online learning and assessments, plus in person assessments through TigerLily.
I also have Safeguarding Children certificate and general first aid through The Football Association.
I LOVE to organise so if you have any requirements for rooms in your house that need de-cluttering and sorting, please get in touch. Playrooms are my speciality!

My Experience
Since January 2023, I have been a part time Nanny for a family in Solihull with three children aged 12, 10 and 7. My duty was to pick the children up from two different schools, ensure that all three children were at tennis activities after school all over Birmingham and ensure they were there on time, well prepared and well fed. I undertook light housework, laundry and meal prep along with organising rooms in the house to streamline family life.
I am now with a new family in the mornings.

I am now only available for adhoc and last minute hours. I would not be able to commit to anything consistently or long term if you’re needing full days, but please get in touch to see if anything can be worked around as I do have some hours and some weekends available. Overnights would need to be discussed and starts at £20 per hour.

Sarah looked after our 2 daughters (aged 7 and 5) after school. She was brilliant with them, the girls took to her straight away, and we always felt comfortable knowing they were in her care. Sarah is always punctual, a fab communicator, and all round lovely person.

We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Sarah for our 1 year old boy. She is not only exceptionally skilled and experienced, but also deeply caring and compassionate. With many years of childcare experience, she brought a calm, confident, and nurturing presence into our home every day. She truly understood that not every day is the same with a baby and was extremely understanding which made me feel confident and assured that my son was in really good hands while I was away at work.

Sarah has been a real gem. She has been looking after my 6 month old for several weeks now and she has been great! Punctual, polite, professional and friendly. I feel totally at ease having Sarah in my home and looking after my baby. A brilliant help all round 😊
