About Me

Hi, I’m Francesca, a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator with over 3 years of professional childcare experience. I’m passionate about providing children with a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where they can feel happy, confident and supported.

I currently work as a Senior Room Leader/Third in Charge within an early years setting, and have experience working with babies, toddlers and preschool-aged children. Throughout my career, I have taken on leadership responsibilities, supported and guided other staff members, and helped to plan and provide engaging activities that support children’s individual development and interests.

I also have experience supporting children and young people with additional needs, which has helped me develop a patient, understanding and adaptable approach to childcare. I understand that every child is different and I always aim to build positive relationships with both children and their families.

I hold a Pearson Edexcel Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Learning and Development (Early Years Educator), as well as a current Paediatric First Aid qualification and DBS check.

I am now looking to build relationships with families as a nanny and provide high-quality, personalised childcare within the family home. I am particularly interested in working with babies, toddlers and preschool-aged children, although I am happy to discuss different ages and requirements.

I would describe myself as caring, reliable, responsible and approachable. I enjoy getting to know each child individually and creating fun, age-appropriate activities while also supporting their routines, development and independence.

I am based around the Orpington area and am happy to consider families in Orpington, Bromley, Chislehurst and surrounding areas.
