My Experience
Although my background is in finance and research, I have also worked as a teaching assistant supporting Year 1 and Year 2 pupils, where I helped create an encouraging and nurturing classroom environment. This experience strengthened my natural passion for working with children and supporting their early development. I believe in the importance of fostering positive growth by encouraging curiosity, confidence, and creativity in a safe, caring space. My strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills—developed through my studies and professional roles—help me adapt to different situations, stay patient, and respond thoughtfully to each child’s unique needs.
