About Me
Hello, my name is Timea, and I’m an experienced early years professional, recently stepping into an exciting new chapter — opening my own home-based childminding setting after years of managing a successful nursery in London.
My approach is centred around building strong bonds with both children and parents. I believe in calm, respectful caregiving and offer a balanced routine filled with fun learning opportunities, outdoor play, storytime, music, arts, and lots of cuddles. Each child’s individual interests and needs are valued and reflected in our daily activities.
I follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and offer a rich, play-based curriculum that prepares children for school and lifelong learning. With a strong focus on emotional wellbeing and communication, I help children develop socially, physically, and cognitively in a positive, nurturing atmosphere.
I’m currently registering my setting and will be welcoming children soon! My Experience
As a qualified Nursery Manager and Designated Safeguarding Lead, I bring over a decade of experience in early years education, with a deep understanding of how to nurture children’s development in a safe, stimulating, and loving environment. My new childminding service offers a warm, homely setting where children can learn through play, build confidence, and thrive at their own pace.
