About Me
I’m Aurielle, I’m 24 and I was trained in Montessori ages 3-6 in Cape Town, South Africa, after that I spent 18 months in a Montessori classroom as an assistant and then later a Directress. I later moved to the UK and started my teaching journey here in a mainstream Nursery as a practitioner. A fun fact about me is that I have 2 hamsters and a snail, my hamsters were adopted from a rescue and each live in a cage over a meter long.
I love going on adventures from walks to the park, around the area or down to the beach. I have always loved looking for shells and had a love for the ocean and environment, especially having volunteered at an aquarium for a number of years.
I am a very crafty person, this was something instilled in me from a very young age and is an important part of teaching for me, there is so much to learn from crafting and exploring all senses around it. From painting, play dough, sticking or stitching - I love it all!
My Experience
10 Months as an Assistant in a Montessori Preschool with on average 35 3-6 year olds, later promoted to a Lead Teacher/Directress where I spent a further 8 months before moving to the UK.
Currently I am a Practitioner within a mainstream nursery.
My Qualifications
I have a South African National Diploma in Early Childhood Development (Level 5) as well as a Montessori 3-6 Diploma. I am working on getting the National Diploma converted to a UK Level 3.
My Availability
I am available on Wednesday evenings, the whole of Thursday, Friday evening, Saturday day/night and Sunday during the day.

Aurielle was my 2 year olds key worker at nursery, he absolutely adores her, she is so fantastic with children. We had to move nurseries due to moving house and my son was so sad to leave her behind,but fortunately for us we still see her regularly and every time we do he is overjoyed. I have twins babies and would trust Aurielle with all of my children. It is very special to find someone you can trust with your most precious people in your life.
Thank you Aurielle for always brightening up our little ones day. 🥰
