About Me
Hi, we are an Italian/Dutch family living in London. We are looking for a full time nanny starting in September for our baby girl who will be 1.5 and her elder sister (3.5) who will be at nursery half days. The position requires full days Monday - Friday. We are only looking for candidates with prior full-time nanny experience.
My Requirements
Key responsibilities:
- Maintaining the safety, security and well-being of the child (nanny needs to have appropriate first aid training)
- Feeding, dressing, cleaning and providing overall care
-Manage nap schedules and bedtime routines (2x bedtime routines per week minimum)
- Nursery pick ups
- Preparing nutritious meals and snacks appropriate for their ages
- Accompany the child to play dates, classes and daily outings
- Developmental/early learning support through age appropriate play (e.g. books, songs, outdoor play) and raise concerns where necessary
- Promote sharing, manners, and social skills
- Maintaining inventories of child and household-related items that need to be replenished (e.g., nappies, wipes, formula)
- Laundry for the household and putting away the child’s clothes, as appropriate
- Light house cleaning/tidying (e.g. wiping high chair and counters, filling/emptying dishwasher, cleaning up toys and nursery at the end of the day)
