My journey began at 19 as a modern apprentice (18 years ago) in Glasgow’s West End of Glasgow, and since then, I’ve progressed into various managerial roles while continuing to grow both professionally and personally.
I hold SVQ Level 2 and 3 in Early Learning and Childcare, an SCPF Level 9 in Social Services (Children and Young People), and I’m currently studying for a BA in Childhood Practice.
Alongside running Shannon’s Sitters, I also work full-time in a local authority early years setting—bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to everything I do.
