About Me
I am a trainee play therapist (child psychotherapist) working as a part-time nanny in the Southside. I am currently open to ad-hoc babysitting and school holiday childcare, but unable to take on any more regular hours. I am a playful, compassionate, and pro-active person with a decade of working with children and adults in support roles. My priority is to provide a calm, nurturing environment for your child. I love working with children, and take a keen interest in supporting and developing their independence at whatever age and stage. I love to plan fun, low-cost activities, and have a deep knowledge of and love for play - and its huge benefits for all children. On a practical level, I can drive (full, clean license), cook delicious and nutritious meals, and do light housework - I'm here to help your household run smoothly.
My Experience
My developing professional practise as a play therapist is non-directive and child-led, and I have extensive care and educational experience in rights-based settings.
Past experience working with 0-2 babies in a nursery, 5-18 year olds as a tutor, babysitter, mentor, and teaching assistant, as well as a support worker for adult men with learning disabilities - full CV available on request
I have a recent PVG certificate and a full clean driving licence.

I am available for ad-hoc babysitting or school holiday childcare, but am unavailable for committed weekly nannying.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £13.00 per hour
- Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)
