Hi! My name is Lila,
A little bit about myself- I’m 21 from Devon and have a huge passion for children ever since the young age of 10, I was diagnosed with type one diabetes and cared for by so many wonderful people who made me feel safe, secure, cared for and listened too. Ever since I have had a huge passion for making positive impacts on other children’s lives. The most important imprints of character building happen at a very young age, I pride myself in ensuring children are cared for, listened too, safe, secure and most importantly happy! I have worked with children within hospital, nursery and their own homes. Watching little humans develop their own characters and ways is something I see as a huge privilege and I can’t think of a better job!
I am committed to creating a safe, loving, structured, and positive environment where children can feel secure and thrive. I enjoy encouraging learning through play, supporting daily routines, and adapting to the unique needs of each child and family.
