My names Laura, 29 years old, I am offering babysitting services to those who require that time on an evening that daycares just don’t seem to cover. As a mother who has always worked shifts, I always found that stressful, I would finish work at 7-8pm yet, nurseries closed at 6pm latest; this increased a lot of stress and at times uncertainty. Therefore, I understand the importance of providing these services to people to enable that flexibility as well as enhancing their overall probability of employment. I have never worked with children, however I do have three children myself so I have plenty of personal experience!
A bit more about my education/employment: I am an occupational therapy student and due to graduate in 2025. I work in mental health services for the NHS and have a full DBS check that shows relevant information for adults/children. I am on a zero hour contract with the NHS due to being a student, therefore pick shifts that suit my availability; this means if you need me to assist with childcare, I can be available.
My Experience
I have personal experience of raising three children, my children are aged from 13-7.
I have brief experience throughout my work but not a significant amount.

I am a third year occupational therapy student; due to graduate July 2025.
