About Me

My name is Ângela Manuel, and I was born in Luanda, the capital of Angola. I am the eldest of three sisters and grew up in a very disciplined household where education was always a top priority. Being the oldest, I naturally took on responsibilities early on, helping to care for my younger sisters an experience that shaped my sense of responsibility and maturity.

I was a very calm and quiet child, and it took me some time to overcome my shyness. High school was a turning point in my life, as it allowed me to begin discovering who I truly am. It was one of the best phases of my life, where I was able to explore new interests and develop my personality.

Thanks to my strong academic performance, I earned a scholarship to study in the UK a significant achievement that I’m very proud of. I’ve been making the most of this opportunity to grow both academically and personally.

I’ve always had a natural connection with children. It’s something that comes easily to me, and I genuinely enjoy it. My younger cousins often say I’m the ‘best cousin’ perhaps because I allow children to simply be children. I believe in setting boundaries, of course, but I also make space for children to explore, learn, and create meaningful memories.
