My Experience

As a Teaching Assistant supporting children with SEN and autism on a 1:1 basis, my top priority is to build meaningful connections and understand each child as an individual. I believe that forming a genuine bond helps create a sense of trust and comfort, which is essential for a child’s learning and personal growth.

I strive to create a calm, supportive, and nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, and confident. My energetic and caring nature allows me to connect with children easily, helping them engage both emotionally and academically. Whether I’m assisting with classwork, offering emotional support, or simply sharing moments of fun, I always aim to have a positive impact on every child I work with.

The safety and wellbeing of the children in my care is always my highest priority. Nothing is more rewarding to me than contributing to a child’s development and seeing their confidence and independence grow—it brings me a deep sense of fulfillment and joy.

My experience includes working as a nursery assistant caring for children aged 3 to 5, as well as supporting young people aged 13 to 16 in my role as a support worker.

My Qualifications

NVQ Level 2 Certificate in Childcare, CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Childcare and Education, Early Years Practitioner Level

My Availability

I’m available for school drop-offs and pick-ups , on weekends, and during school holidays. I would prefer to provide care in my own home, though I’m open to discussing other arrangements if needed.
