My Requirements

I am trying to find someone responsible and reliable to help me on a weekday basis with my son. We are a very caring small family unit and I would like someone to help run the home for me while I work and care for my son after school until I get home from work.

I have recently taken a new job which will require my full attention and so I need some help to collect him, bring him home and care for him each midweek night.

There is potential for some late night care if I need to stay in London after usual working hours but day to day I would require circa 4-5 hours from the successful candidate.

I must emphasise that I really hope to have a long term arrangement so my son can benefit from a stable relationship with a Nanny that will love and care for him as a Mother would.

It is not ideal having to hand my parental responsibility over to someone else but as a necessity for me to pay for our lifestyle.

I would like someone to cook us a fresh meal, general housework duties, collect occasional prescription (if required), and take to any afterschool clubs.

My son needs a routine and some persuasion to undertake tasks as he does have PDA and so he does need someone that can be firm and fair.

I have added approximate requirements below. Mainly after school till approx 6.30pm as I would like to be home to do bedtime however there may be some requirements for a later stay into the evening on some days which will be planned in advance.
