My responsibility as a key person in the nursery is to build a strong, caring and positive relationship with the children and their family to ensure each child feels safe, valued and unique.
Part of my apprenticeship was a one full week placement in Abacus Day Nursery to gain work experience with age group from 4 months up to 2 years old.
