About Me
I am available for babysitting at your home for weekdays, evenings, and weekends, working around my uni schedule. During school holidays I can be more available. I am currently based in Falmouth at uni studying fine art! However outside of term time I will be back in Hertfordshire, and available for babysitting there. I have lots of childcare experience as I am Level 2 qualified and I have grown up in a childcare setting as my mum runs Sara’s House in Broxbourne. I’ve lots of experience helping out here and playing with the kids! I’ve also worked at a kids summer camp multiple times (Barracudas activity camps), so I’m experienced with a variety of age groups. I love doing art and creative activities with kids, but am also happy playing whatever they want, keeping them busy and happy whilst babysitting!

I have school aged experience through my Level 2 experience where I worked in a primary school in nursery, reception and year 1&2.
Summer 2024 - Barracudas summer camp working with children aged 4-14.
Summer 2026 - Barracudas summer camp teaching arts&crafts to children aged 4-14.
I have SEN experience helping with my younger sister who is autistic.

We had a wonderful experience with our babysitter Lucy. She was caring, responsible, and incredibly kind with our daughter. She made her feel comfortable and happy, and we felt completely at ease knowing she was in her care. She was punctual, trustworthy, and kept us updated throughout. We would happily recommend her to other families and will definitely use her again!

Lucy has looked after our daughter on a number of occasions and we couldn’t recommend her more highly. From the very beginning she has been warm, kind and completely reliable, and it has always been obvious how much she genuinely enjoys spending time with our little sproglet.
She has a calm, caring nature and took the time to get to know our daughter, making her feel happy, comfortable and secure. It gave us real peace of mind knowing our daughter was in such safe and capable hands.
Lucy is responsible and an excellent communicator. We have trusted her completely and would recommend her without hesitation to any family looking for a caring, dependable and professional. We are so grateful for everything she’s done for our family and wish her every success at university.
