Maths, English & SEN Tutor – Making Learning Easier
I’m a passionate and patient tutor who truly enjoys helping students grow in confidence and achieve their academic goals.

My teaching style is friendly, supportive, and highly personalised. I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt my lessons to suit your pace, interests, and understanding. I break down complex topics into simple, easy-to-understand steps and make lessons interactive through questions, real-life examples, and active problem-solving. I focus strongly on building clear fundamentals, because once the basics are strong, learning becomes much easier. My sessions are structured yet relaxed, creating a safe space where you feel comfortable asking questions and learning without pressure.

I have a strong academic background in Civil Engineering. I completed my B.Tech in Civil Engineering and have also completed my Master’s in Civil Engineering and Management from the University of Birmingham. My expertise lies in mathematics, physics, and engineering-related subjects, and I specialise in simplifying numerical and analytical concepts for students.

I have around 13 years of informal and formal teaching experience, working with students across different age groups. I have supported learners in improving their understanding, boosting their grades, and preparing effectively for exams and assignments.

I also have experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including those with ADHD, ASD, anxiety, SEMH needs, and PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance). I approach these sessions with extra patience, empathy, and flexibility, adapting my teaching style to suit each student’s comfort level. I use positive reinforcement, structured routines, and low-pressure learning techniques to help students feel safe, engaged, and confident in their abilities.

Above all, I genuinely care about my students’ progress and aim to create a positive, encouraging learning environment where you feel supported and motivated to succeed.
