About Me
I provide childcare for EYFS and KS1 aged children during the school holidays only.
My Experience
After nine years as a term-time nursery teacher, I recognised the need for consistent, quality care during school holidays. Squirrels Childminding East Butterleigh was created in July 2025 to offer exactly that – a peaceful, nurturing environment for a maximum of six children. This small group ensures each child feels valued and loved, without being possibly overwhelmed by larger, more frenetic holiday clubs
My Qualifications
I have a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification, certificates including Safeguarding, Food Hygiene, Fire Safety, Prevent as well as 6 years experience as a teaching assistant followed by 9 years as a nursery teacher and the last 15 months as an Ofsted registered childminder.
My Availability
I am open every week day from 8.30am until 4.30pm during the school holidays, with wrap around care also available by prior arrangement.
My Fees
- Childminding from £6.25 per hour
I offer a day rate (8.30am to 4.30pm) only of £50 with wrap around care available at an extra £5 per half hour.
