son 2.7 years, childminding from 8:15 to 6:30 on average 2.5 days a week but actual requirement per week is variable e.g, 5 days a week in some weeks and just 2 days in other weeks and rarely an off week as well. Guranateed 120 hours/month longterm till my son turns 4.
