My wife and I are looking for support with caring for our baby, who was born in November 25. I work as a research scientist and my wife is a dermatologist.

We're looking for a part-time nanny for our daughter Emily, who is 11 weeks old. We live in NW3. Christine is preparing for a pediatric dermatology qualification and needs dedicated study time. She'll usually be at home while the nanny is here, so there'll always be a familiar face around for Emily.

Our suggestion for base hours would currently be **Tue 2pm–8pm, Wed 9am–1pm, and Thu 3pm–8pm**, but we're flexible about this. We'd love some flexibility for the occasional evening out or a few hours on the weekend. Looking ahead, we'd like to increase to 5-6h every weekday from autumn, as Christine will be starting a clinical attachment at a large children's hospital.

A bit about us as employers: we're friendly, reliable, and don't take ourselves too seriously. We like to think we're easy to work with!
