In this role, I lead a team of educators, plan and implement age-appropriate learning experiences, and ensure the well-being of every child in our care. My experience has given me a strong understanding of routines, transitions, behaviour management, and individual learning needs. I am now looking to bring my skills into a more personalised home setting as a nanny or babysitter. I am confident working with babies, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, and I can adapt easily to each family’s unique routines and values.
