Hi, I’m Ellie! I’m a caring, reliable and experienced childcare provider based in Chesterfield.
I’m a Level 3 qualified Early Years Educator, holding the NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma for Working in the Early Years Sector. I’m also fully Paediatric First Aid trained and hold an Enhanced DBS.
Before moving into my current role, I worked in a nursery for 2 years, alongside an after-school club. I’m currently working as a nanny for a family and have limited remaining availability around this role.
My current availability is best suited to:
• Regular or occasional babysitting
• Evening babysitting
• Weekend babysitting
• After-school care, depending on the day
• School holiday childcare
• Ad-hoc or one-off bookings
• Additional nannying hours by arrangement
My availability can vary slightly from week to week, so I’m happy to discuss your family’s routine and see what might work.
I have experience caring for children from toddler age through to primary school age, and I’m confident supporting daily routines, play and learning, mealtimes, personal care, behaviour and additional needs. I aim to create a calm, safe and enjoyable environment where children feel comfortable, supported and able to be themselves.
My Experience
I have hands-on experience working in both nursery and after-school club settings, caring for children from toddler age through to primary school age. My role has involved supporting daily routines, play and activities, mealtimes, personal care, behaviour, and creating a safe and positive environment for children. I’m confident adapting my approach to suit different ages, personalities and individual needs.

• NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma for Working in the Early Years Sector (Early Years Educator)
• TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Childcare
• Full Paediatric First Aid trained

I also hold a First Class BA (Hons) in Printed Textiles & Surface Pattern Design, which supports my creative approach to play, activities and learning.
My Availability
My availability is currently more limited due to my existing nannying commitments, but I do still have some flexibility and I’m always happy to discuss what may work.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £13.00 per hour
- Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)
My fees are flexible depending on the type of childcare, hours needed and whether the booking is regular or ad-hoc.
