About Me
I’m a qualified childminder based in SE7, and I run Gere Mae Little Learners—a warm, inclusive space where little ones can play, learn, and feel right at home.I’ve spent over 10 years working with children in various settings, including a mother and baby unit, to and as a foster carer. I’m also a Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with over 7 years of experience, which enables me to support children’s emotional wellbeing.
As a mum of two, I know how important it is to feel confident that your child is safe, cared for, and thriving while you’re away. I ensure to provide a high-quality standard of service to children in my care, to give parents,/ carers peace of mind. Each child under my care I treat as if they were my own, and I take pride in building strong, respectful relationships with both children and their parents.
My home is bright, spacious, and thoughtfully set up to support learning through play. With a wide range of toys and resources, children are encouraged to explore, create, and grow. It’s a non-smoking environment and pet-free. I care for no more than three children at a time, so each child gets plenty of one-on-one attention.
Children will enjoy freshly cooked hot lunches, engaging activities based on the EYFS framework, and comfy nap times with their personalised mats. I send updates and photos throughout the day so you always know what your little one is up to.

My Availability
I’m open from 7:00AM to 6:00 PM, but I understand every family is different, so I’m happy to discuss flexible options that suit your needs, to see how best I can accommodating.
My Fees
- Childminding from £7.50 per hour
Full Day £75/ Day- 7:30 -6 pm ( Including meals and snacks)

Two of my sons had the opportunity of being looked after at Gera Mae. My boys absolutely love it there and Ryanette makes every child feel at home and safe. My boys were very fond of her and enjoyed telling me about what they did.
I highly recommend choosing Gera Mae for your little one, if you are after someone that will look after them well and also help your child grow.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care my little one received. From day one, she showed an incredible level of compassion, kindness, and understanding. She is wonderfully flexible and always does her best to accommodate our needs, which made such a difference to our daily routine.
It’s clear she treats every child as if they were her own. My little one always felt safe, loved, and completely at ease in her home. With her background and experience, it’s no surprise that she maintains such a safe, well-organised, and nurturing environment.
She has a lovely routine in place, but what impressed me even more is how child‑centred her approach is. She adapts the day—activities, social time, and pace—based entirely on the child’s needs, mood, and wellbeing. My little one thrived under her care, and I always felt confident knowing they were in the best hands. Truly an amazing childminder.
