About Me

I am currently on maternity leave from April 2026.

Hello! I'm Alisa, and I’m a dedicated and nurturing childminder based in Orchard Heights, Ashford. I live with my fiancé and our playful 21-month-old son, who keeps us on our toes and fills our home with laughter and love every day.

As both a parent and a childcare provider, I understand how important it is to create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where children can grow, explore, and thrive. I’m passionate about supporting early development through play, creativity, and a gentle routine that suits each child’s individual needs.

Since becoming a mother, I have become extremely aware and passionate about utilising what nature has to offer. I am creating our own vegetable patch in the garden, so that I can provide great homegrown and homemade food for the children I care for. As well as helping them learn and understand how and where our food comes from.

Whether it’s messy play, story time, outdoor adventures, or quiet cuddles, I aim to make each day enjoyable and enriching for the little ones in my care. I know first hand how big of a step it is to entrust someone with your child, and I’m committed to building trusting and open relationship with every family I work with.

I am a newly qualified childminder, but have my own soon to be 2 year old son and have completed an Ofsted recognised childminding course and paediatric first aid course.
