About Me
We are a warm and friendly Brazilian-British family based in Islington N1, looking for a kind and reliable nanny or mother’s help to support us as I return to work in September 2025.
Our younger son was born in October 2024 and will be nearly 1 year old when I go back to work. We also have a 6-year-old son who is in school full-time.
My Requirements
Looking for a part-time nanny to help on:
- Mondays: 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Fridays: 12:00pm - 5:00pm
We can discuss a fe more hours, the above are required.
Start date:
Ideally September 2025, but we are happy to start ASAP, so our baby can get used to you gradually.
The role:
- Care for our baby during the stated hours
- Engage him in play, reading, outings, and age-appropriate activities
- Prepare simple meals/snacks for the children
- Light household tasks related to the children (tidying toys, cleaning up after meals, baby laundry)
On some days (e.g. school holidays, after school), also care for our 6-year-old son — he is very friendly and used to being around caregivers
A plus (but not required):
-Portuguese-speaking, as we are a bilingual family and would love for both children to continue hearing and using Portuguese.

- Warm, caring, and reliable
- Good communicator
- Flexible and happy to be part of our family routine
