About Me
A busy family home with 4 children with additional needs from 4yrs - 15yrs currently, including autism, adhd and medical complexities.
As a family who fosters, anyone working for us would be expected to work in a confidential manner and keep up to date with relevant training offered.
My Requirements
We are looking for "an extra pair of hands" ... Must have some experience or understanding of children with autism. We need someone prepared to be outside, happy to set up and clear away activities. Be happy in chaos that life brings to a busy family.
We very much follow a more therapeutic style parenting.
Must be able to drive.
To begin with we are looking to offer approx 6 hours of cleaning per week and 6 hours of child care - split over after school times and weekends, dependant when/what is required.
There is likely to be more hours during school holidays.
For the right person there could be the option of fixed days/times, more/less hours.
Must be willing to travel within 15miles of Spalding for location.
