Looking for after-school nanny

I am looking for an afternoon nanny to help with our children after school/nursery, and help us in our home.
We have two children, a 5-year-old girl and 3-year-old boy. The role would include picking them up from school and nursery several times a week, going to the playground etc, until around 6pm.
We are also hoping to find someone who can help in our house before pick-up, with things like laundry. Our current nanny is sadly leaving, and has been totally invaluable at helping us run our home and stay on top of things. For eg, she starts around 1pm before pick up at 3/4pm.
We are pretty flexible on days and timings - our work is changing so we are looking to add more days' help overall - but going into the summer it could be just a couple of days a week.
